At NRL Shop, we want you to wear your team colors with pride and confidence. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official NRL holographic tags and labels remain attached to the merchandise.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
